Camps will be open to vehicle traffic AFTER battle ends - NO VEHICLES in camp prior to the end of the battle please.
It is imperative that each company complete and present a morning report to their respective military commanders (U.S./C.S.). Morning reports will be due to commands by 7 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Safety inspection reports MUST be filled out for each unit by 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The safety of all participants is of vital importance. Cleburne’s Division liability insurance also has strick guidelines regarding the collection and preservation of these reports in case of a loss claim. Safety Inspection reports will be collected from both U.S. and C.S. forces on both days by the Cleburne’s Division Adjutant or his assigned agent. Copies of the reports can be obtained at Federal headquarters in ample supply throughout the event.
ALL rank for this event will be in accordance with the numbers present from you respective units, Battalions, or Brigades. Those units under company strength will be massed with other units to form appropriate Battalions without separation of said companies or their staff.
Provosts will be assigned by each commander as they see fit. Provost duties for the Federal command (Cleburne’s Division) will be the responsibility at this point of the Division Sgt. Major Tom Robinson or his assigned agent.
Federal N.C.O.’s will refer directly to Sgt. Major Robinson for any concerns or necessary information that is needed as well as Picket duty assignments, camp duties etc. I would suggest all N.C.O.’s make contact with him at Federal headquarters on arrival.
